Assume there was an auto accident, where the other party is at fault. How long will I be eligible to claim the expenses from the other party's auto insurance company? Is there a time period (from the date of accident) beyond which I will not be able to claim the expenses?

Answer by Neil BIn the UK, you have to report any accident to the insurance company within 24 hours, and then
